Good but needs improvement
"I started out very enthusiastic about HTN. It was a lot I was looking for, the most being its products tested by another company. But the last time I ordered and again this time, I selected four supplements to buy but at the end I found that one of the supplements was not sold out. And because it was the first item in the four for some strange reason there was no way to delete it to start over. That's happened twice now. Too bad when I was looking for what I wanted, the items what were not available stood out. But there was no obvious warning in the list of products. I hope you get your act together and not frustrate your customers. Also, you run out of a supplement, and it seems to take forever to restock. It would be nice that we can get what we need when we need it. If we can't find what we need here, we need to look somewhere else. Personally, I don't want to have to go without any supplement until you replenish your stock. What I've experienced, that may be months before you replenish. And how about you let us know when you have the sold-out supplements back in stock? You have good products so I hope you can raise your service to the same level."
